The Columbia Heights Farmers Market is one of our flagship markets in Washington, DC, located in one of the densest and most diverse neighborhoods in the city. The market plays host to approximately 20 farmers and food producers each Saturday and operates a strong portfolio of food access programs that make healthy food accessible for all. The market also operates on Wednesday evenings from May through October, offering a weekly subscription Market Share program:
Free summer meals offered on wednesdays
The Columbia Heights Farmers Market is participating in the 2018 DC Free Summer Meals Program.
Meals will be provided to all eligible children free of charge.
Suppers will be provided on Wednesdays from 4:30pm to 6:30pm, and lunches will be
provided on Saturdays from 10:30am- 12:30pm. The program will run from June 20th through August 11th.
